Products and services offered are intended to be sold to adults having reached their majority in your place of residence, that is 18 years in the province of Quebec. By using the Site of the Storekeeper you assure and guarantee that you have the applicable majority age in your given place of residence.
Accuracy of the information
We do everything in our power so that all the information spread on our Site is without error, but we cannot guarantee this fact. We can refuse or cancel an order containing an article mentioning a wrong product description and / or price. Unless otherwise specified, the prices are indicated in Canadian currency.
Products offered on our Site as well as dates of the offers, prices and availability, characteristics and technical specifications of these products, are subject to revision and change without notice. It is possible that an online ordered product is not available anymore in our inventory or that it cannot be delivered because of a situation outside our control. We shall proceed then to cancellation of order and to refunding of the sums paid in return, if that is the case.
Your only appeal in case of non-compliance of the description of a product is to return it in its original packaging for refund, in accordance to the refunding procedures described below.
Registration and Password
You will have to fill a registration form to access certain sections and features of the Merchant’s site. You commit yourself to provide us with truthful and updated information and to maintain up this updated information at all times.
You make a commitment to protect the confidentiality of your user name and password as well as the access to your computer, so that no other person uses it. You are responsible for all the transactions made on your account by means of this information. You will have to inform us immediately about any unauthorized use of your user’s name and password and about any security breachs of which you are aware of, and it within forty-eight ( 48 ) hours following the knowledge of such a situation
Applicable laws
The present modalities are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec or Canada which that apply. Furthermore, any legal recours against the Merchant must be instituted before the City of Montréal judicial district.
Wrong orders
In the case you believe that an error occurred during the process of an order, we invite you to inform us about it immediately, but at the latest within 48 hours of its discovery, by sending us a message at the following address: info@atelierboudine.com and by indicating us the error which was committed in a detailed way.
Cancellation of exchange, termination, return, exchange or refund Policy
Cancellations of conform and correct orders are not allowed.
Exchanges are not allowed.
Limitation of guarantee
SUBJECT TO THE APPLICABLE LAWS, MERCHANT EXCLUDES ANY GUARANTEE OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR TACIT AS FOR THE TITLE, THE MARKETABLE QUALITY OR THE CAPACITY FOR A PARTICULAR USAGE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SOLD ON THE SITE. Limitation of responsibility
MERCHANT WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT EITHER INDIRECT DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM USE OR MISUSE OF THE SITE OR FOR PURCHASE OF GOODS ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT IN A RESTRICTIVE WAY, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFIT, USE OF DATA OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE AND THAT, EVEN IF THE MERCHANT WAS AWARE THAT THE SAID DAMAGES OR LOSSES COULD OCCUR.

Specific Terms and Conditions
Shipping Information
I pack and ship orders Monday through Friday.
Most items leave my studio within 3 working days of being ordered.
Some items might take a little longer due to holidays, and I intent to do my best to assure the shortest delay possible.
Shipping is calculated based on what you've ordered, how much it weighs and where you live.
You'll get a chance to review shipping charges before you commit to ordering.
Atelier Boudine ships both domestically and internationally using mainly Post Canada services.
Shipping internationally can be expensive, and I always do my very best to find the lowest rates possible.
Due to time spent clearing customs, some international shipments can arrive in as little as a week, others take as many as five.
International shipments maybe be subject to import taxes or custom fees, and unfortunately, I cannot predict if these may apply or when they'll be charged. Customers are responsible for these fees.
If you need specific delivery arrangements, please let me know in the order notes.
If you live in the Montréal area, I offer pickup from my studio. Call me to make an appointment.
All our items are handmade with natural material, so dimensions, tones of color, textures might vary slightly. Please let me know prior to placing an order if you have any concerns about that aspect, and I will be happy to check with you.
Custom orders are welcome. Please feel free to email or phone me with any special requests. But be aware that custom specifications take extra time and thus cost extra ; they are quoted on a case by case basis. Custom orders must be prepaid at 50 % of the total amount. Please note that custom items are not returnable.
If you received the wrong item, I will promptly send you the correct item or issue you a full refund after you have returned the wrong item. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, I will promptly send you a replacement or issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product. You will not be charged any additional shipping or handling fees for replacement shipments.
In all cases, please, keep your proof of postage.
If you received what you ordered and it is not defective, I cannot accept returns.
International customers are responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government in addition to the shipping fees shown below. Atelier Boudine is unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount that may be charged.
